This is my favorite christmas card so far. I used stampin up real red, white and another design paper I forget what brand is it. Cornish Heritage farm stamp, spellbinder nestabities. Staz on ink, real red ink, SU rhinestones.

I made this card on Tuesday night. It was a birthday card for a co-workers daughter. It was her birthday yesterday and she likes horses. I figured this was a great card for her. She has lunch with us everyday. Paper SU, stamps SU, ink SU, basically the whole card is SU.

So I seen a few cards with this technique and I love it. So I bought what I needed to try it myself. Must say harder to find nice stamps that I like to do it. I found this one and thought it would really worl. I will be making more cards like this for christmas cards. They look so elegant.

A bit late for this post but thought I would show what I made for the boys to take to school.
I used the Stampin Up mini milk carton for the ECS kids, put a few candies in them. Then for my other son I used a kit with bags in it. I bought little mini card packs and put them in with the treats for the Kindergarten kids. They all loved them.
Ok, so another post for 4 Crafty Chicks, a little hard at first but I think I got it now. Might try another one just like this but with patterened paper. It is a color challenge this week, I was missing some of the colors but I think I found a almost perfect match.

Well I won another badge, dont know if it was a fair win though. Only 3 of us made cards for the past challenge so it was kind of a given. Although it was a hard challenge and took some time to figure out what to do with it. I do think I did a good job with it though.
So I have done some web surfing and came upon Paper Sundaes and they are looking for a few new members for the DT. I am new to this but think I have been making some nice cards. I decided I will enter and you never know.
